At EXPO bakers of the Appennino Reggiano

The CNA of the bakers of the Appennino Reggiano, After baking lessons in schools, have
demonstrated bakery typical of our territory EXPO Milan.
The eight students from Reggio Emilia, come to Milan for the occasion, have kneaded and formed different types of breads under the eyes of many spectators curious about such ability, but first they asked for a taste of all the typical products on display in the square including salami, erbazzone and rice cake.
